Points to miles benefit totally unclear
I have a Discovery credit card and Vitality Gold status, currently with 94 000 points. On the Discovery website it says that somehow I can get some percentage of these points back in Discovery miles, except that it's completely unclear (a) what the consequences of this would be (i.e., would I no longer be Gold next year if I did this?) and (b) how to actually activate the benefit (there doesn't seem to be a button for doing this on the website). I've now wasted about two hours trying to figure it out on their website and I'm feeling frustrated and sick of Discovery.

The Points to Miles benefit will not affect your Discovery Vitality status. You will get up to 50% of your Vitality points back in Discovery Miles and this will depend on the below:
- Your Vitality status
- Your Discovery Card 12-month spend
- Your medical scheme claims level over 12 months.
As your Travel Booster is already active you will automatically get your Miles allocation by the end of February 2017.
