Points to miles benefit/ ****

Cannot receive points to miles because it was not activated - however once logged in, there is NO way to activate the points to miles benefit. I was informed that you need to activate travel booster to receive this benefit. But why? furthermore, there is no mention of this anywhere on the site. Its a very pricey card and the benefits should make it worth while, you cant go hide the benefits in the hopes that nobody will find them. This is very unfair. My only request is for Discovery to pay out what is due..and provide all the relevant information on how to activate and achieve the benefits.
