Points to Miles

For the past 6 weeks I've been following up with Discovery Card about my points to miles conversion. Initially I was informed that there was an issue with the system and I'd get the miles allocated by the end of February. I did ask the service representative to check if everything in terms of activation of the benefit, average spend, claims etc and the guy assured all was in order and I qualified for the conversion. At the beginning of March I got in touch with Discovery as I'd had friends who'd said their miles had come through. I was then informed that I'd been classified as a high claimer and thus didn't qualify for the conversion. Last year I was on the Essential Delta Saver and getting about 6k in savings for the year. I began the year with around 3.2k in savings and ended the year with about 3.5k that gives me my total spend from my msa being about 6k. According to Discovery Card's Document on claims (https://www.discovery.co.za/email_za/mailers/pdfs/general/tables_dhms_points_to_miles.pdf) in order to be classified as a high claimer I'd need to have a spend of 9.5k to 25k. On further enquiry I was told that the pregancy related claims which were covered by DMA from the pregnancy benefit of my plan were included in their total calculation. This is dispite their own document (referred to above) stating that claims related to a childbirth without complications are exempted from being included in the claims calculation. I highlighted this and was informed that that is indeed correct and they would rerun the calculations. 22 days later and a lot of back and forth with DC I still haven't received the Miles and each time I've been told that they are waiting on another supervisor or a document. Please assist in resolving this issue as it seems to stuck now with no resolution in sight.
