Please read terms and conditions of Vitality travel and tourism tax when you book in a hotel ???

Please do not use Vitality Travel from Discovery, read the terms and conditions....and prepared to work with *********** people... and pay tourism tax at hotels when you are a South African...??? I booked a weekend away on the 21April I made the reservation, to travel on the 15th of May, I even spoke to the guest house owner when I had to cancel the trip, and I phoned vitality travel , and ask can I cancel my booking, I was within the 15 days of cancelation, this uninformed person on the phone said I am still going to loose a % because I canceled and it can take up to 8 weeks for your remaining money that will reflect back in your bank account. They promised that with mail they will keep me updated. I tried to send them a mail and it came back as that mail does not existed. We are now by the 23th June and I am still waiting for my money to reflect back in my bank account. Then I made another booking at a hotel: I had to pay additional R59 for 2 nights because of tourism tax, but I am a South African, did you know about that???
