Please do what you are asked to do

Discovery Bank is one of the most friendly banks and i would really recommend you to my friends and family.

My only frustration is that i have submitted a letter from my employer to be stamped by the bank so my salary can be paid into my new Discovery bank account. Dis was sent almost two weeks ago and i have phoned several times and i have all the reference numbers. I phoned yesterday again and was promised that i would have received it before the end of business as it was escalated again but still no luck. I need it urgently!
