Please close my bank account and give me my money

After enduring what I though was the worse trauma of being ****** at gunpoint by two ****s at Olieven, now the terrible service and the treatment I am now getting at Discovery Bank is two times worse. My scars are healing pretty faster than the bank replacing my bank card and allowing me to be able to login into their banking APP. I have now run out of money to make calls to discovery bank. I have not been able to pay my debts during the month end of November and the worse thing is the sad feeling from my children whose end of the results are still withheld in their schools because I can’t make the payment. I have already started working but getting to work is a trauma because all of my money is held at Discovery Bank, I don’t have access to it. It was even going to be better if they bothered to give me an update so that I can know what their problem is and what they are up to right now. All I ask now is for them to have a decency to accept that they have failed me and kindly give me my money and keep their account. I have had enough. I though going to their head office in Sandton was going to solve my problems but never.
