Someone from the OTP Department will be contacting you shortly. Please go to www.discovery.co.za and select 'forgotten username and password' to get these details emailed to you.
When you're able to log in to the banking app, go to 'More' and then select 'Contact details' and update your contact details there too.

We can see that your OTP details have been update and is correct.
When you are selecting the option that states "forgot username", please ensure you send it via SMS and not email.
