Phone Benefit quoted R1400 but took R1701!!!

I was quoted R1400 for the phone benefit monthly payment and you took R1701 instead. I reported it to your call center and still nothing has been done about it.

I was told it's because the phone was higher than the limit I was allowed or something like that, but they said it doesn't make sense to them either.

I can get the same phone WITH airtime on a contract for cheaper than your ********** phone benefit.

CANCEL MY PHONE BENEFIT, TAKE THE PHONE BACK, GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY THAT YOU STOLE FROM ME INITIALLY, AND NOW MONTHLY.
