yea it is very frustrating as its now over 3-weeks, my customers bank FNB did contact Discovery bank and was told still under investigation, not sure why this is the case as we laid a charge with the SAP and from my customers bank FNB also, and we are not able to get feed back
it seems quite obvious the Discovery account holder is using Discovery Bank to put *****ulent funds through their account, and the investigation is taking so long when you have been given all the correct information, not only from my customer, but also my customer FNB Bank, can we please get the matter sorted as this is causing ,us financial issues, as we are a small company.
