Pending cash deposit for over 2 days

I currently have unfortunate query with discovery bank. I made a cash deposit yesterday 28/01/2025 around 12h45 or so, the money has not cleared to date. I have have lodged a complain on the day and I was told by a lady at their call center that the money will clear at night because the bank has a problem with their real time notification. I don't understand what that has to do with a pending transaction. This morning I made a call to follow up because the my money is still pending, then I'm told that they have a problem with cash deposit made at Pick & pay and that there is nothing they can do to fast track the clearance of my money on their side. The bank doesn't even have an ATM in limpopo then I'm told the only way to make cash deposit has a problem and there's nothing they can do and I have to wait for 6 days or more for the money to clear. I'm so disappointed 😞. My advise to people is "don't trust a bank that doesn't have an ATM or a physical premises where you can go and complain. I want to also lodge a complain with the ombudsman.
