Payshap payment not received

A Payshap payment made on the 27 November 2025 payment has not been received as at 08 December. This despite being Discovery to Discovery.

I called customer care on the 01st and I was told to send proof of payment. And that matter will be resolved in 2-4days. I made a follow up on the 4th December and I was told to re-send a PDF POP which I did, this time to be told the matter will be investigated and resolved in 10 days.

According to Discovery Bank, Payshap is instant payment. Its proving not to be and the timelines to resolve matters are unacceptable.
