Payment review
I have been trying to get clarity regarding a payment that was made to me on 15 June 2026. The sender’s bank has confirmed that the payment was released successfully, and I have provided the proof of payment to Discovery Bank multiple times.
Despite this, I have repeatedly been informed that the payment has not been received. This was not an international payment, and the sender made the payment immediately. It has now been approximately three months, and I still have no clear resolution or satisfactory explanation regarding where the funds are.
I understand that payment investigations can take time, but the lack of clear communication and progress after providing all the requested documentation has been extremely frustrating.
I am asking Discovery Bank to properly investigate and resolve this matter and provide a clear explanation of what happened to my payment.
