payment not authorized gone off my credit card.
Discovery has given me a 0.00 credit card that iam very happy with as i can put my own money in and not have to owe the bank.
However a debit order for 2100.00 (that i did not give permission to, so its *****ulant, and went into overdraft ( I do not have credit or overdraft facilities on my account), has gone off, so there are extra charges and and bank fees that i am liable for and the cash that i transferred into the credit card is now "lost". Please can this get sorted out, or i have to close my account.

(please reverse I am disputing this as i never bought from them.).
otherwise i have to open up a ***** case.
Also, Discovery should not allow stuff to go off my account when there is no cash available it is supposed to be 0.00 balance.

28 Feb 2023, 14:39the amount of 2199 went off my account twice!!!!!
13 jan and 14 jan then reversed on 22 jan
i paid 500 into the account 26 jan less charges this is why its -1679.60
please fix it as i use the card for my luxuaries and petrol every month otherwise i might as well close the account.
