Payment holiday covid-19 lockdown

Worse Financial Institution to deal with during covid-19 lockdown they are the only so called Financial Institution that does not offer payment holidays for any of their products you get frustrated talking to their Call Centre that tell you they have not been informed how to deal with the current situation they are not a proudly South African company that in supportive to Customers address negatively by the lockdown they will debit your last cent even if you beg them I know of 3 people facing the same situation. Don’t bother doing business with them am going to close all my accounts including life cover, medical aid
