PAY OUT PLEASE!

Have been trying to get Discovery credit card to pay out for my discovery miles for a cruise since May. Have been promised by numerous people to get it sorted and have emailed and phoned over and over again. It is a large amount of money and I could have been earning interest on it. This morning again was promised that a manager would call back in 10 mins. Still waiting!!! Don't think they would wait 5 mins if i owed them that money but have no problem when they have to pay out. Even waited and had to fight for my cashback for the cruise for over 3 months!
