Pay for Discovery Miles Multiplier but USELESS

I pay an absolute premium to have the Discovery Miles Multiplier Benefit. One of the main reasons is to be able to buy things on the Discovery Mall / [URL Removed] website. For the last two or three weeks the miles benefit has been out of order on the takealot website. Takealot blame Discovery and when I phoned Discovery they said they were aware of the problem, they were aware that it has been out of order for some time but they couldn't tell me when it would be resolved. What is funny about how inefficient they are in sorting this out is that it doesn't affect their efficiency in charging me thousands of rands for the miles multiplier benefit that I am now unable to use to buy products from [URL Removed] Then don't tell people you can and sell them something on false pretense. Really disappointing.
