Pay as you transact fee Structure please!
Hi, to cut long story short please change my account to a Pay as you transact fee structure!
***, I spoke to someone on your Facebook Page and He/She told me that they are not going to upgrade my account to a bundled fee structure as per my request, but to my surprise you guys changed my account. Please action this as soon as possible. You see the problem that you have with your landlines, a person can't get hold of you and it is a big issue!
