PATRONISING CHATBOT BANK

I used my Discovery credit card on 28 December 24 to buy an air ticket via Vitality Travel. Cost R2210. I then cancelled the transaction as the ticket was no longer required. The airline charge a R300 cancellation fee, therefore I am only expecting R1910 to be refunded.

Contacting Discovery will get you a reference number and a patronising email promising to sort it out. Then there's a deafening silence.
