Pathetic/non-excisting service for months

Still no answer from anyone at Discovery Bank. These people have been quick to reply to the "nice comments" about them but still refuse to help or acknowledge any reviews on this platform. Months have gone by. Please do not bank with these people. They have been withholding salary monies since 9 November last year. No reason or excuse. No feedback given either.
