Pathetic to say the least

I have been taken from pillar to post just to get my account unlocked coz of FICA, i had a name change and still waiting for my new ID, so when i app**** for the acc i used my old names but it came back with the new name, I spoke all the people on duty who promised that query will be sorted, only to call the whole day with no luck. I've asked that my account be unlocked so that I can withdraw my money, then they can have their pathetic back account, but nooo, that also a problem. I have a pregnant wife in Joburg who I was supposed to book a ticket for this morning but I can't. The money in my account is mine, I worked for it.
