Pathetic support
What a bunch of pathetic people to work with. It is now almost 2 moths after my complain and a week further after another complaint (***3). Discovery Bank requires 21 days to attend to my case. Just no response. Was put on hold for 10 minutes just now and the second call was cut. Not a bank to be proud of.
