PATHETIC Support!

I am appalled with the utter uselessness of the discovery bank and the support given to clients should they ever need to contact an agent for help. the whatsapp bot is pathetic too. I called the bank and waited over 20 minutes for an agent to answer my call. then tried to get the bot to arrange a call back since their agents are too busy but the bot cant understand a simple request.
