Pathetic services is an understatement!! Service is shocking!!
PATHETIC IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!! I have been promised that they will sort out my problem since September 2019. I only want my credit card and not a transaction account. I am being charged every month and I was told it will be sorted. Still not sorted after being escalated so many times. They have also moved my discovery miles to my transaction account and it has now deactivated! They have no idea what they are doing. Not a good move for anyone!

I have been dealing with Discovery for years and your bank system has broken my trust in the company. I DO NOT WANT A TRANSACTION ACCOUNT. I have said this the first time I spoke to your company. I only wanted my credit card! I will pay my credit card fees but I am not paying for a banking account. I have told then numerous times I do not want this account. Why should I contact the bank every month? Please close this account and put my Discovery miles payment on my credit card and not on the transaction account. Every time I get a new reference and nothing gets done!
