PATHETIC SERVICE FROM THE *****/CREDIT CARD DIVISION

What pathetic customer service!!! I was holding on for 20 minutes calling to the ***** division. I have been receiving ********** requests on my card and desperately need to cancel and have a new one reissued. I will not be moving from my current bank.
