Pathetic service

For close to two weeks I tried to open an account. Got through by phone and was told I will be contacted. Their website is a circular loop-total *******. Sent an email and received a ref. number (hooray) and note I will be contacted in two days. Of course nothing happened. Yes I DISCOVERED that the whole banking by them is a hoax. I see that they are rated as 17th in the banking. Makes me think there are only 17 banks. Pathetic service.
