Pathetic service

My transactional account is blocked I can't transact. I called to unblock it, spoke to a guy he said it's weekend he will escalate the matter. Nothing happened I called again spoke to a lady she said she escalated the matter I must use my account after 3pm and order a new card explained to her I have already ordered a card the one I'm using it's a new one. She said fine try to use account after 3 it will be fine. Nothing happened. I called again I spoke to the most useless person. He never even verified my details kept me on hold all the time. And he told me he will call me back and guess what he never did
