Pathetic service !!! Now having a worst experience with Discovery bank where they take weeks to resolve *****ulent transaction that occurred on 9th July 2024 ......but asking for the same details again and again ........OMG

A refund that never pitched into my account done by VFS Global in the year 2022 and this has been ignored from then and now way of update to client .....

this is really RIDICULOUS !!!
