Pathetic service

Discovery Bank is a **** opened my account and my account had a positive balance and ever since mt account has been opened I have never been able to use it because its paused apparently due to fraught and funny thing is my lalnce in the account keeps getting smaller and smaller each month and I'm told I will be connected by the investigator who is also ****** useless if it has take them this long to contact me and resolve this issue only thing that is happening is my money keeps getting taken leaving me without being able to use my account such incompetence is beyond me how do you investigate without contacting client for over 3 month stupids
