Pathetic Service

Afternoon,

I have now mailed Discovery Card on 4 occasions and phoned twice. I have yet to receive any form of feedback or response.

The service has been pathetic, I’m very glad that I have not proceeded to bank with Discovery as I planned to.

In these tough times relief would have been most welcomed, but not even responding has just shown the lack of interest from Discovery Card.
