Pathetic Service

Wish I could give zero stars... Customer service is pathetic. Query logged on the 9th of June regarding incorrect rewards payback. Numerous follow up mails/escalation sent with a different response from a different "customer service" agent. Just reading the 1st line of my query and the responding with the 1st thing that pops in their head. If you want to make your rewards this complicated then you better make sure you have the correct structures/procedures/s****s in place to assist if an issue comes a long. If a real person from Discovery can phone me and tell me exactly what's going on and when it can be resolved it would go a long way.
