Pathetic Service
I received a call fron Discovery telling me im approved for a credit card.. the guy asked alot of questions.. i told him im self employed.. he then said fill in the application form and copy of ID AND 3 MONTHS BANK STATEMENT.. what i did.. and even on your applucation form it says: "Self employed You need to submit either one of the following documents to prove your income: x Your IT34 or ITA34 as received from SARS, no older than 12 months from the date the return was due (Please note that the IT34 must be in your name) OR x Your last three months’ personal bank statements, reflecting your monthly income or any other consistent or additional income.. i did give the bank statements.. bcoz it says IT34 OR 3 MONTHS BANK STATEMENT.. YOU GUYS PATHETIC.. NOW YOU REQUIRE THE IT34 DOCUMENT AS WELL.. ***.. OBVIOUS WILL THE AMOUNTS BE DIFFERENT IN ANY BUSSINESS ACCOUNT.. ITS NOT A FIXED AMOUNT MONTHLY.. NOW YOU CANT ASSIST ME.. TAKE YOUR DISCOVERY CARD AND SHOVE IT.. YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS CHANGES TO SUITS YOU.. AND DONT GO BY WHAT IS WRITTEN ON BLACK AND WHITE.. LIKE THE PREVIOUS COMPLAINT SHE 100% CORRECT YOU DONT SELF EMPLOYED PEOPLE.. JUST REMEMBER DISCOVERY CONTACTED ME TO SAY IM APPROVED.. NO WORD WAS MENTIONED ABOUT IT34... YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATES: EITHER OR.. "Self-employed: You need to submit either one of the following documents to prove your income: x Your IT34 or ITA34 as received from SARS, no older than 12 months from the date the return was due (Please note that the IT34 must be in your name) OR x Your last three months’ personal bank statements, reflecting your monthly income or any other consistent or additional income.”
The bank statements you submitted are those for your business and are not in your personal capacity as per the instructions. If you do not have a personal bank account then we require the IT34 in your personal capacity.

The bank statements you submitted are those for your business and are not in your personal capacity as per the instructions. If you do not have a personal bank account then we require the IT34 in your personal capacity.
