Pathetic response.

Send an email on the 22nd, received auto response stating I will be contacted within two working days. Two working days has passed. For the past almost 10 years I have been with Discovery they are always quick to do new business but either ignore you or slows down a process if it is not in their favor.

I also tried the message-bod thingy on the website. It was responsive until I rep**** ‘cancel credit card’ then the response suddenly ‘sorry the system is down’
