PATHETIC!!!!!! NO SERVICE!!!!!! EMPTY PROMISES!!!!
I'VE BEEN STRUGGLING TO GET MY MONEY BACK FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS. EVERYTIME I HAVE TO SEND THE DOCUMENTS AND NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME. EMPTY PROMISES!!!!

30 Aug 2023, 15:25I had to do a payment to Discovery Health for my Medical aid. My employer paid it into my discovery credit card instead of my FNB account. Discovery Bank then said they are not going to refund me because of the debt review, but the previous re-payment was also while I was under review.
I just can't understand why not.
