Pathetic - no one answering ***** line

Does anyone actually work at Discovery ? I have been trying to log a ***** ticket since 18h00 last night - instead of building your city in Sandton rather focus on customer service - or better yet answer the phones - that would be a good start it is 8h30 10 minutes an I am still holding on
