Pathetic Discovery Bank

I have been trying to close my Discovery Bank accounts since September last year but I am unable to do so. Apparently there is no way you can do it at the moment as it can only be done via the app. However there is no system on the app to do so as yet as the developers are still developing this function. The call center is also unable to do so. So every month I am being charged service fees for something I do not want. Stupid Useless bank. They say they reward you for how you bank, but they need to be un rewarded for the pathetic service they provide. How can you open a bank but do not have the means to be able to close ones account.
