I noticed that for the last 2 consecutive months, interest was charge to my account. I always paid the FULL amount owned days before the Payment day due. Talking to different consultants, different explanations are given. 1. Consultant no 1 says the discovery system took more than 4 days before it shows on their account. She can see on the system when the payment was made and acknowledge it but the system only capture it more than 4 days later, hence the interest. Somewhere I read it is 55 day interest free account if you pay the full amount before the due date. Maybe it is in fairyland. 2. Consultant no 2 says it is transaction fees and that he does not know why consultant 1 saying it is the system. That is what he sees on the system. When ask to speak to a manager, he said they are not available. Clearly they did not work on a Friday as NOBODY called back.
