Pathetic customer service
I must say once again Discovery customer service is once again pathetic My app does not download bank statements, and I needed them 3 days ago for a job application. Should I not be hired because of this it will be a problem. I spoke to a consultant via X and I was assured that it would take 48 hours max which that has passed a while ago and I did explain that this is a matter of emergency.
