Pathetic Customer Service

I have done an application twice over the phone to which no growth has ventured. This company is an utter waste of time when it comes to applying for a credit card. Your consultants are not only uneducated but your supervisers do not even respond to customer queries. This is such poor customer service. And I would not recommend your services to any potential future customers.
