Pathetic consultant
Angent calls me back with regards to account closure. CASE #[***2] - Required document
As i am speaking to say what she is telling me is incorrect.she puts me on hold. I even have the call recorded myside and eventually after a minute or 2 call drops. What pathetic service. After spending so much money now closing my account and this is the service i get. Ill make it known not to deal with such a bank. Here i praised the bank while using there services.

02 Nov 2025, 09:39Funds was left into the account, apparently there was nothing after you deducted.but i could still log into the account and see the funds left after deduction. Would you let an agent call me or manager. Cause if i do call then ill have to go through everything as i have explained and get transfered from one to another .i have dealt with you guys in past. Only way i got good service and the matter resolved ia when i spoke to your ceo assistant !!!!

20 Jan 2026, 19:52Still no reply from Discovery . Guess they keep your money and thats how they make money. Not a good bank to invest in. Should they go bankrupt. You will too be bankrupt. But the money they owe you cannot be paid back.
