Pathetic call center

It is ridiculous that we get migrated during the COVID19 pandemic. Call centers are working at minimum capacity and the added consults that come with being migrated really does not pair well. I wonder who in management made such a poor decision? I am stressed about just paying my account causing added stress over COVID19. This is why I will not move to discovery bank. Poor decision making reflects the future expected service I may receive from you. I will wait for you to contact me for non payment as i am done waiting on the telephone for service from useless call center staff.
