Pathetic banking
How absolutely pathetic that after being open for years, when a client wants to deposit cash they have to go to Pick ‘n Pay or checkers where u can only deposit a maximum of 5000 per day. How does that help me when I have to deposit a lot more then that to pay expenses but am unable to. Must be the only bank In the world that doesn’t allow to deposit money in a ATM it’s so infuriating and causes such problem. Really pathetic

As we’re a digital bank, our focus is to use digital channels where possible. We therefore do not have branches or ATMs like traditional banks.
You can make cash deposits of up to R5000 per transaction, therefor you can make more than one deposit transaction.

The bank rule is at Pick 'n Pay a client can deposit maximum is R5 000 per transaction. For Checkers maximum is R3000 per transaction and the maximum amount of deposits per day is 5.

That would be the merchant's limit, the bank's limit rule is as we mentioned above. You are welcome to try a different merchant, as they may have a different deposit limit.
