Pathetic bank

Discovery Bank is one of the most unsatisfying experiences I've ever had. I opened a gold account with you and I wanted a gold credit card as well, so I could get the package where I’ve got a transaction account and a credit card with you.

I did not want a cent of credit. All I was after was to get Vitality Money so that if I buy or shop, I get rewards for it. On top of that, I wanted to put some money into a credit card. But it had to be a credit card that I wanted to put money into, and Discovery has profiled me.

You are not interested. I’ve made five calls. I’ve attempted since August. I’ve got an income which is more than sufficient. You don’t want to listen to reason. You’ve got a bunch of inexperienced people that follow one, two, three — like a bunch of goats following each other over a road.

I’m absolutely disgusted, and I will tell each and every person that I know not to use this useless bank.
