Pathetic and zero customer care
Around mid July I received my new Discovery Bank Black Credit Card. Now, all but three months later, I still DO NOT have everything working as it should. They fast enough to deduct monthly fees but have been incapable of making all my requested Reward Partners work as they supposed too!!!!!! Sorry, but this is beyond pathetic!!!
