pathetic and inefficient

discovery bank is well short of anything called a decent service provider. despite claiming to be an innovative bank, they unable to assist with an attempt to block an un-authorised online transaction. despite being a diamond vitality member who's also a diamond status bank client, let me be honest enough to tell you that their issues far out weigh their rewards. service is beyond shocking, very inefficient. i have 3 rewards unable to use in store. seriously pathetic turn around times to resolve. def won't advise anyone to make the mistake of joining their bank services
