discovery bank are blatant *******, they take the full outstanding balance every month yet this month they charged me interest, for no apparent reason. last month they billed me for a platinum card that i didn't have. furthermore they dropped the bonus interest by 025% and they said its system issue. called logged on the 6th of Feb with Akhona ref 705503. discovery systems are a complete fail.
