Passing the Buck

I opened up a Discovery Credit Card in my name. My husband has a secondary card. I have called in many times to make sure ALL my cards are connected and activated as well as linked. I have been told that this has been done. Confirmed. All good. Approximately 6 weeks ago I get told that my husband's secondary card is not activated or linked and never has been. So we have not been getting our healthy food benefit.<br> So now Discovery has decided that this is my fault. They will not go back in history to see all my husband's purchases and refund us the correct amount for healthy food. We follow the plan - yet we do not get the benefit.<br> Then I get told that there is a problem on the website and even though it says that the card has been activated - it hasn't really at all. So one can call in, one can activate on the website - and still this card is not activated and never has been. And Discovery have confirmed to my broker that this is my fault.<br> Another call to the industry Ombudsman. So Discovery you have 24 hours after many calls, requests, begging for assistance, my broker getting involved ... to come back with your no - to fix this, refund me and apologise.<br>
