Overdue

Once again, how truly disappointing... Unfortunately, my wallet was ****** at the beginning of the year (7 February). It is now 3 months of following up repeatedly (because of zero communication) with their ***** department and it has still yet to be resolved. Investec investigated and concluded their case within 2 weeks of me reporting the incident.

Another company that seems to think they can replace customer service with automation and "innovation".
