Overcharging client fees not resolved

I haven’t been a client for more than a month and I’m already frustrated. I really thought you guys know client services because Discovery Health has never disappointed me. I am being charged more than the fees listed in your website and logged several tickets with no one responding or fixing the issue. I’m really sick and tired of your arrogance. How difficult can it be to reverse fees over charged to a client ? More than two weeks and no communication from anyone despite several follow up? This is really unacceptable
