Over promised
Telephone options do not cater for questions. Too many telephone options. Takes too long for anyone to answer the call (sometimes over 7 minutes). Too many benefits on top of benefits which result in teh entire offer being too confusing. By the time I actually managed to talk to someone, I was angry to say the least. The so-called "service" is BS.
