Over exceeding service

Let me tell you a story about my new favorite bank... :-) so I requested to be contacted by Discovery regarding their banking products... This was a Sunday guess what 1st thing in the morning I received a call from a friendly enthusiastic and well informed consultant.she gave me all the options in detail and when I made a decision it was an informed one. I was then told to download the app and finalize my request. From there I struggled to verify my details but this did not slow down the process in any way because I was getting constant calls from consultants trying to help me. I must say they help also encouraged me. It this point I was more determined to be part of this bank asap. I'm happy to say that the DSV driver just delivered my card and iv never been so excited to start this journey with any bank
